1. Introduction

Welcome to Regardless Denim. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

These terms govern all transactions and interactions on regardlessdenim.com. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time — the most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Orders

All orders placed on this site are subject to acceptance by Regardless Denim. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion — including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or other operational reasons.

Once you complete checkout and payment is confirmed through Paystack, you will receive an on-screen order confirmation. This constitutes our acknowledgement of your order, not a formal acceptance. Acceptance occurs when your items are dispatched.

• Orders cannot be modified after payment is confirmed.
• Cancellations requested before dispatch may be honoured at our discretion.
• We will contact you if your order cannot be fulfilled.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of checkout.

All payments are processed securely via Paystack. By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge to your selected payment method. We do not store your card details — all payment data is handled entirely by Paystack in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

• Accepted payment methods: cards, bank transfer, USSD (via Paystack).
• Payment must be completed in full before your order is processed.
• In case of a failed payment, please retry or contact your bank.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Nigeria. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, public holidays, or events outside our control.

• FCT / Abuja: ₦1,500  ·  2–4 business days
• All other states: ₦3,000  ·  3–5 business days
• Free shipping on orders above ₦50,000, anywhere in Nigeria

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery state. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking update will be communicated where available. Regardless Denim is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every piece. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
• Damaged or defective items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order reference. Do not ship items back without prior confirmation from our team.

6. User Responsibilities

By using this website you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing orders. You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address and contact details are correct. Regardless Denim cannot be held liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect information.

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any activity that may harm Regardless Denim, its customers, or third parties. This includes but is not limited to:

• Attempting to commit fraud or use stolen payment credentials.
• Submitting false or misleading information.
• Placing orders with no intent to pay or receive goods.
• Attempting to circumvent our security measures.

Regardless Denim reserves the right to ban accounts and cancel orders from users who violate these terms.

7. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. The personal information you provide (name, email, address, phone) is used solely to process your order and communicate with you about it. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Payment data is handled exclusively by Paystack and is never stored on our servers. By placing an order, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described above.
